LOCTITE 460 Instant Adhesive is a low viscosity, single component, ethyl cyanoacrylate product with a low bloom and low odor formula that is particularly suitable for absorbent surfaces.

LOCTITE 460 adhesive is designed for applications where vapor control is difficult. It is also well suited for bonding porous or absorbent materials.
